Primary School: Pupils mourn penguins

Letter to the editor of the Daily Dispatch

WE ARE disgusted and annoyed with the senseless killing which took place at the Aquarium. The thought that someone planned a crime as cruel as this one is enough to make you feel sick.

We find it truly unfair that the birds, as innocent as they were, had to die. Not only are the penguins endangered; they, along with the other birds, are definitely a highlight of a trip to the Aquarium.

We hope that those who are guilty of committing the pointless crime will be caught and punished.
