Public thrashing for penguin killer

IT'S CERTAINLY very good news to read that the perpetrators of the penguin killings at the aquarium have been traced.

Some form of punishment is essential. And it should fit the crime. Twelve months' imprisonment is too good. I suggest 12 months cleaning up -- not only around the aquarium but the whole beachfront.

Personally I think that a public thrashing is called for.
